Trail Runs

Sometimes there is nothing better than hanging up the running shoes and just taking a kayak out to a lake. It is a good way to get exercise without constantly pounding on your legs and feet. Kayaking allows you to work you arms, abs, and if your going at a decent clip it can help you with your cardio. We will be working on a post soon about a tandem kayak that we bought and we wanted to share with you the pros and cons about it and why we suggest Kayaking as a good sport to add to your list when your not running.
