I’ve discovered a single food that has literally changed my recovery while at the same time reduced my need to take additional supplements. I’m speaking about Mila, a whole raw food. Its a super food highest in Omega 3s, antioxidants, and fiber. I find it super easy to use, only 2 tablespoons a day mixed into any meal. My ability to recover has increased allowing me to continue my training without extended recovery periods.
