Here at PcTrailRunner in addition to our weekly run one of our partners Haley will be offering Personal Training Programs. She has been coaching for over 3 years,  personal training and teaching group exercise classes for over 6 years. These training schedules will compliment our weekly runs. Marathon/Half Marathon Training Programs
Weekly Schedule with feedback for 5k/10k (8 weeks) – $25.00
Weekly Schedule with feedback for half marathon (12 weeks) – $35.00

Weekly Schedule with feedback  for marathon (16 weeks) – $45.00

Add ons:
One hour coached session – $20 (Great for Track Workouts, or Tempo Runs)
Purchase 10 or more sessions – $15 a session
Buddy Sessions 2 or more runners at a time: $15.00 a session per runner
Purchase 10 or more buddy sessions: $12.00 a session per runner
